Add CS Printer

Follow the screen captures to connect your workstation directly
to a department printer.

Open the Printer Wizard

[Start]
[Printers and Faxes]

[Add a printer]
[Next>]

Select “Local printer attached to this computer”

Create a local TCP/IP port

Enter in the printer Name or IP. You can find a list of the department printers here

Select the correct driver for the printer model. If you do not have the correct
driver listed you can download drivers from HP using the link below.
