Three recent Yale PhD graduates secured tenure-track faculty positions in the 2016-2017 recruiting season

Henny Admoni (PhD Yale 2016) just became Assistant Professor in the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University; her research interest is on robotics, human-robot interaction, and assistive technology.  Ronghui Gu (PhD Yale 2016) will join Columbia University on January 1st, 2018 as Assistant Professor of Computer Science; his research interest is on programming languages, operating systems, and language-based support for safety and security, and on building the CertiKOS hacker-resistant operating system. Brad Hayes (PhD Yale 2015) joined University of Colorado Boulder as Assistant Professor of Computer Science; his research is on developing algorithms to facilitate the creation of autonomous robots that can safely and productively learn from and work with humans.
