ULA Application - Spring 2018

Please use this form to apply for an Undergraduate Learning Assistant (“ULA”) position in the computer science department for the Spring 2018 semester.  ULAs are allowed to both grade and mentor students; however, their exact responsibilities will be dependent on the course instructor of each particular class. The one restriction of ULAs is that they cannot work during reading or exam periods. The pay is $18.50 an hour.

Some courses may also hire Undergraduate Graders ($15/hr) and Course-Based Peer Tutors ($18/hr). Please indicate in #14 below if you would prefer one of these positions.

You will hear back from us with a decision before the end of this semester unless you are on a wait list and we are waiting to see how large enrollments are for a class before deciding whether additional ULAs will be assigned to it.
