Holly Rushmeier leads new NSF funded collaboration with researchers from RIT, Brimrose Technology, UMass Amherst and U Wisconsin-Madison

Professor Holly Rushmeier is leading a new NSF funded $1.5 million effort in collaboration with researchers from RIT, Brimrose Technology, UMass Amherst and U Wisconsin-Madison to build a Hyperspectral Imaging Open Source Ecosystem (HSI-OSE).  This project will enable new machine learning/artificial intelligence applications by creating a comprehensive HSI data resource and develop the protocols and standards for software development to enable data sharing.
