Sam Altman, President of Y Combinator, is visiting SOM on Friday, April 15th at 11:30 am to give a talk and be interviewed about his experiences running the most successful startup accelerator in the U.S. Sam will give a short talk followed by a formal interview with Kyle Jensen, Director of Entrepreneurship at SOM, and then he’ll open up to general Q&A. Sam’s talk and interview will cover a wide range of topics, including: How to start a good company; the new nonprofit research lab YC is funding; what YC’s role is in terms of increasing diversity in entrepreneurship; and what Sam believes has driven YC’s unmatched success. 

Join us for this exciting talk, which will occur as part of the “Entrepreneurship Across Yale” day. The talk will be at the School of Management, Room 2400, from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. Lunch will be included, so be sure to sign up on the Entrepreneurship across Yale registration page (you can just register for the keynote with Sam Altman) since we need to know numbers for lunch:
