At the HRI conference over spring break, CS graduate student Rebecca Ramnauth won a best paper award for her paper “Gaze Behavior During a Long-Term, In-Home, Social Robot Intervention for Children with ASD” along with co-authors Fred Shic (U. of Washington) and Brian Scassellati.

In this paper, Ramnauth demonstrates that children with ASD adopt neurotypical gaze patterns after just two weeks of robot-assisted therapy.

Congratulations to Rebecca!
