The “Test of Time” awards for 1995 – 2006 were announced at the IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy (the “Oakland” conference). Nine papers were chosen for these awards.
One of them is “Decentralized Trust Management” by Matt Blaze, Joan Feigenbaum, and Jack Lacy (Oakland ’96).
