Weijie Wang, a PhD student at the Yale Applied Cryptography Laboratory, has been awarded a 2-year fellowship from Protocol Labs that will help him continue his work on vector commitments and argument systems. Vector commitments and argument systems are basic blocks not only for scaling blockchains (e.g., via rollups) but also for providing privacy in decentralized systems.
Congratulations, Weijie!
