Bowen is currently a third-year PhD student advised by Prof. Jakub Szefer. His research interests are centered on computer architecture, especially security and other general cache & memory management topics, he is also working on heterogeneous computing, system building & hacking as well. He is enjoying his PhD journey with some amazing labmates in the computer system lab of yale

Before joining Yale CS, he received his B.S. from Zhejiang University City College in 2014, then moved to Institute of Computing(ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) under the supervision of Prof. Yungang Bao of ICT, and contributed to several industry cpu architecture designs during 6 years of working there.
